  We have always enjoyed all products and have had numerous celebration cakes. This has unfortunately changed after ordering another celebration cake for my wife's birthday which was not up to scratch. The red decoration drizzled over the top was bitter and the dye stained our fingers,teeth and the poor waiter who cut and served the cake showed us his fingers which he had to scrub with no success. When we rang to inform Bryces of the cake the girl who took our call was sympathetic and horrified but after speaking to her manager said that unfortunately there was nothing they would do. Luckily there is something we can do we will not be buying any more products from Bryces.

  I ordered a birthday cake for my son's 1st birthday, chocolate sponge with cream (no jam) and chocolate icing and writing on top. I picked it up yesterday and I was thrilled to see it, it was so much more than I pictured. The cost was very reasonable and the staff very friendly, professional and had it there ready at the time I specified. Very happy!

  Ordered the Mocha 10 inch sq, which was dark choc sponge with chocolate mousse and coffee mousse covered with ganache and rosettes, not too rich, all of my guests complimented on it, I had 15 cake choices at Bryces, like Mortal sin, lemon heaven, white choc and baileys.
